In the freight industry, data is leverage. We've built a privacy-first hybrid audit platform that balances local security with server-side intelligence.

Hybrid Privacy Model

We use a split-processing architecture. **EDI invoices** are processed locally in your browser (Zero-Knowledge), meaning the raw invoice data never leaves your machine. **Rate Sheets** are processed via **Google's Gemini API** to handle complex contract logic. We store only de-identified audit metadata—the discrepancies—so you can track your savings history.

Why this matters:

  • Minimized Data Exposure Raw EDI files never touch our backend. We only see what we need to verify your savings.
  • Audit History Tracking By storing de-identified discrepancy data (weight, diffs, billed vs calculated), we provide you with a permanent record of carrier errors.
  • Enterprise-Grade AI Security Rate Sheets are processed using **Google Gemini API** in a secure, transient environment. Under our agreement, Google does not use your data to train its models and it is deleted at the end of processing.

The Technical Flow

Secure Authentication You log in via encrypted session. Your identity and historical audit metadata are stored on our secure servers.
Hybrid Processing Engine EDI files are parsed locally in RAM. Complex Rate Sheets are uploaded to a secure, transient server for AI analysis via Google Gemini.
Metadata Storage Discrepancy data (billed vs. calculated amounts) is saved to your account to power your dashboard and reporting.
Raw Data Purge Once the audit is complete, raw invoice and rate sheet files are deleted at the end of processing. Nothing sensitive persists longer than necessary.
